For couples seeking complete guidance from beginning to end in planning their wedding.

This package includes:

• Support with finding and booking your wedding venue
• Coordination and booking of all vendors
• Consultations with you via phone and email
• Communication from the time my services are secured
• Help with creating and adjusting your wedding budget as needed
• Exploration of theme, color palette, overall aesthetic, and wedding concept. I’ll coordinate between you and your vendors and schedule attire fittings for both the bride and groom
• Researching wedding professionals in each needed category that align with your vision and financial plan, along with guidance to help you finalize your selections
• Availability to attend vendor meetings if needed
• Collaboration with selected vendors to draft contracts for your signature and payment
• A reasonable amount of professional in-person consultation time throughout the planning process
• A comprehensive timeline of the event and a floor plan for vendors and wedding party use
• On-site venue walk-through before the wedding day
• Confirmation of all vendor logistics 6 to 8 weeks ahead of the event
• Full rehearsal of ceremony (1 hr)
• Assistance with placing and retrieving certain décor pieces, guest favors, ceremony programs, etc.
• I’ll ensure anything that must return home post-event is properly assigned to a person, vehicle, or hotel room
• I’ll distribute the final schedule and key details to all vendors, covering set-up instructions and event logistics
• Participation in your venue walk-through and final coordination meeting with the venue’s on-site coordinator
• Creation of your custom wedding website using The Knot or Wedding Wire
• Arrangement of room blocks at a hotel of your choosing
• Delivery of thank-you gifts to vendors, if requested
• Up to 12 hours of support on the wedding day, covering 3 hours for set-up, 7 hours during the reception, and 2 hours for clean-up. Additional time available at $250 per hour
• Collection of all ceremony and reception items during or before the rehearsal. Any décor needing setup must be given to me before the wedding day
