per wedding
✓ Service begins 6 to 8 weeks before wedding date
✓ Recommendations and support booking remaining vendors
✓ Consultations with you via video, phone, and email
✓ Communication from the time my services are secured
✓Availability to attend vendor meetings if needed
✓ Ceremony & reception coordination
✓ Final venue walk-through before the wedding day
✓ Confirmation of all vendor logistics 6 to 8 weeks ahead of the event
✓ Full rehearsal of ceremony (2 hr)
✓ Full management of placing and retrieving décor pieces, guest favors, ceremony programs, etc.
✓ I’ll ensure anything that must return home post-event is properly assigned to a person, vehicle, or hotel room
✓ Distribution of the final schedule and timeline details to all vendors
✓ Management of vendor set-up instructions and event logistics
✓ Delivery of thank-you gifts to vendors, if requested
✓ Up to 10 hours of support on the wedding day, covering 2 hours for set-up, 7 hours during the reception, and 1 hours for clean-up. Additional time available at $200 per hour
✓ Collection of all ceremony and reception items during or before the rehearsal. Any décor needing setup must be given to me before the wedding day
