Gold Wedding Service

For couples that needs help with wedding coordination and finalizing the details. Service begins 30-60 days before the wedding.

This package includes:

• Consultations with you via phone and email
• Communication from the time my services are secured
• A comprehensive timeline of the event and a floor plan for vendors and wedding party use
• On-site venue walk-through before the wedding day
• Confirmation of all vendor logistics 6 to 8 weeks ahead of the event
• Full rehearsal of ceremony (1 hr)
• Assistance with placing and retrieving certain décor pieces, guest favors, ceremony programs, etc.
• I’ll ensure anything that must return home post-event is properly assigned to a person, vehicle, or hotel room
• I’ll distribute the final schedule and key details to all vendors, covering set-up instructions and event logistics
• Participation in your venue walk-through and final coordination meeting with the venue’s on-site coordinator
• Delivery of thank-you gifts to vendors, if requested
• Up to 10 hours of support on the wedding day, covering 3 hours for set-up, 6 hours during the reception, and 1 hours for clean-up. Additional time available at $250 per hour
• Collection of all ceremony and reception items during or before the rehearsal. Any décor needing setup must be given to me before the wedding day
